Sci-fi puzzle game Warp was recently given a February 15 release date as part of Xbox Live Arcade’s House Party, but yesterday developer Trapdoor Inc. announced via Twitter that their little orange extraterrestrial hero will also be making his way to the PlayStation Network as well as PC — on both Origin (where it’s already up for preorder) and Steam.  What a novel idea!

Warp was one of my highlights of PAX East 2011, and in case you missed it, here’s an in-game video of the level that was available to be played:

The premise, in Trapdoor’s words:

Warp™ is a puzzle–based stealth action game where you play as Zero, a little orange alien with a big score to settle! Imprisoned by the villainous Commander in an underwater research facility, Zero must escape by relying on his arsenal of unique abilities.

For about about $10 (800 MS points), I’ll definitely be giving this one a try.
